Ingredients

  • 8-10 frozen potstickers
  • 4 tbsp canola oil
  • 1 19 oz bag fresh vegetable stir fry kit teriyaki flavored
  • 1/2 tbsp garlic paste
  • thinly sliced green onions for garnish
  • sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  • Cook the potstickers in a skillet according to the package directions. When done transfer the cooked potstickers to a waiting plate.
    8-10 frozen potstickers
  • Set the skillet over high heat and add the oil. When hot add the veggies and toss them to coat. Stir fry them, stirring often, just until the veggies have begun to soften some.
4 tbsp canola oil, 1 19 oz bag fresh vegetable stir fry kit
  • Add the sauce packet to the skillet, along with a splash of water and garlic paste. Stir everything together until evenly combined and the vegetables are well coated in sauce. Return the potstickers back to the skillet, and stir fry the mixture (again stirring often) for another 1-2 minutes. Immediately remove the skillet from heat.
    1/2 tbsp garlic paste
  • Serve warm with thinly sliced green onion and sesame seeds sprinkled over top as a garnish.
thinly sliced green onions, sesame seeds

Notes

  • I recommend using the fresh veggie fry kit because it's tastier but you could use a frozen teriyaki stir fry veggie blend if needed. Keep in mind the veggies will be softer if you use the frozen ones in the final product.
  • You don't need an exact amount of potstickers. Instead use more for a hearty appetites or leftovers, adding extra garlic paste and a dash of store bought teriyaki sauce if needed.
  • For extra flavor, you could also add ginger paste to the stir fry.
