- 4 Large Garlic Bulbs
- 4 tbsp Olive Oil
- Salt and Pepper optional
- Minced Fresh Parsley optional
Slice the top off each bulb of garlic.
4 Large Garlic Bulbs
Place each bulb in their own square piece of tin foil.
Drizzle the top of each bulb with 1 Tablespoon olive oil.
4 tbsp Olive Oil
Depending on what you’re using the garlic for, and your preferences, you can sprinkle the garlic with salt and pepper.
Salt and Pepper
Wrap the garlic bulbs tightly in the foil and place in the air fryer, in one layer.
Air fry at 400 degrees fahrenheit for 15 minutes.
Unwrap and gently squeeze the garlic cloves into a sealable container.
Sprinkle with fresh minced parsley, if desired, and use as needed. Enjoy!
Minced Fresh Parsley
- If your garlic bulbs are very large or small, you may need to adjust the cooking time up or down.
- To tell if your garlic is done, you can give the bulbs a squeeze. If it is soft, squishes out the top of the bulb and is lightly golden brown, it is probably good. If it isn't soft, you can pop it back in your air fryer for another minute or two.
- Don't peel the garlic. You are cooking the whole head. The cloves will easily release from the peel once you cook the garlic.
