- 16 fish sticks
- 4 flour tortilla style wraps
- 1/2 cup tartar sauce
- 1 heaping cup chopped leaf lettuce
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 4 tbsp diced red onion
Cook the fish sticks per the directions on the package, then let them cool so that they're still warm but not piping hot.
Spread the tarter sauce evenly out over one side of all the wraps, then top each with 1/4 of the chopped lettuce.
Add four fish sticks to the center of each wrap, then sprinkle the diced tomatoes & onion on top.
Roll up your wrap, cut in half, and serve!
- While I use green leaf lettuce in these wraps, you can use pretty much any leafy green you like. Romaine and butter crunch work well, and you could also go for a spring mix or even baby spinach.
- Use a quality tartar sauce for these wraps. This is the only sauce, so it's a main flavor that is going to shine through.
- You can add other toppings if you like such as shredded cabbage, sliced avocadoes, or even cheese.
