Ingredients

  • 2 cups diced rotisserie chicken
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 tbsp dried minced onion
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  • Add all of the ingredients, except chicken, to a mixing bowl. Whisk them together until evenly combined.
1/2 cup sour cream, 2 tbsp dried minced onion, 1/2 tsp onion powder, 1/4 tsp garlic powder, 1/4 tsp salt
  • Add the chicken to the sauce, stirring until evenly incorporated.
    2 cups diced rotisserie chicken
  • Serve and enjoy!

Notes

  • The chicken salad is ready as soon as it's combined, but I do recommend making it in advance so that the dehydrated onion pieces have time to soften in the fridge.
  • Adjust the seasoning to your liking.
  • This is delicious in sandwiches, wraps, served over a bed of lettuce, or even with crackers.
