- 2 cups diced rotisserie chicken
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 tbsp dried minced onion
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
Add all of the ingredients, except chicken, to a mixing bowl. Whisk them together until evenly combined.

Add the chicken to the sauce, stirring until evenly incorporated.
2 cups diced rotisserie chicken

- The chicken salad is ready as soon as it's combined, but I do recommend making it in advance so that the dehydrated onion pieces have time to soften in the fridge.
