Ham And Cheese Crescent Rolls

Ready in just 20 minutes from start to finish, these ham and cheese crescent rolls are perfect for an easy dinner or packed lunch. With savory ham and gooey cheese wrapped in a golden brown flaky pastry dough they'll even wow the pickiest eaters!

Ingredients

  • 8 oz tube refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 16 thin slices deli ham
  • 3/4 - 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 tbsp butter melted
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/8 tsp dried parsley can sub dried oregano

Instructions

  • Separate the crescent roll dough into eight triangles and lay them out on a parchment paper lined baking sheet.
    8 oz tube refrigerated crescent rolls
  • Divide the mustard evenly out between all 8 triangles and spread it out in an even layer.
    1 1/2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • Divide the ham evenly out between the crescent roll triangles, tearing as needed to fit. Sprinkle the shredded cheese evenly out overtop.
    16 thin slices deli ham, 3/4 - 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • Roll the crescents up starting with the wider end and pressing the little tip in to 'seal' it closed.
  • Whisk the melted butter, garlic, and parsley together in a small bowl. Brush evenly out overtop the crescent rolls.
    1 tbsp butter, 1/4 tsp garlic powder, 1/8 tsp dried parsley
  • Bake at 350° for 15-18 minutes, just until golden brown on top.
  • Serve warm & enjoy!

Notes

  • Use your favorite brand and flavor of ham for this recipe; however, make sure it's thin so that the rolls roll up and close properly. It's also a great way to use up leftover holiday ham.
  • Shredded Swiss is recommended, but gruyere will also work. If you prefer a different cheese both shredded cheddar and mozzarella will work.
  • These crescent rolls can be made ahead of time and reheated as needed making them perfect for a grab and go breakfast or lunch option.
