- 1 lb pasta
- 3/4 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1/3 cup mayo
- 2-3 green onions thinly sliced
- 1 15 oz can mandarin oranges drained
- 1 20 oz can pineaple tid bits drained
- 3/4 cup diced ham
- 3/4 cup diced cheddar cheese
Cook your pasta according to the package directions to al dente. When done, transfer to a strainer and run under cold water to stop the cooking process.
To a large mixing bowl add the mayo and teriyaki sauce. Stir together until evenly combined.
Add the cooled pasta to the mixing bowl and toss until all the pasta is evenly covered with the sauce.
Add the remaining ingredients to the mixing bowl, and gently toss until evenly combined.
Serve immediately, or cover and chill for 2-4 hours- until ready to serve.
- Don't like mandarin oranges? Omit them and use extra pineapple.
- You could garnish this with sesame seeds for a little extra pan Asian flare.
- This is a great dish to use up any leftover ham.
