Ingredients

  • 4 cups Vanilla Ice Cream
  • 2 tbsp Hot Fudge cooled
  • 2 tsp Pink Frosting
  • 1/2 cup M&Ms crumbled
  • 1/2 cup frosted Circus Cookies crumbled
  • 3 Cosmic Brownies unwrapped and roughly chopped

Instructions

  • Start by placing your stand mixer bowl in the freezer for an hour prior.
  • Add a heaping cup of vanilla ice cream, pink frosting, and nearly all of your crumbled circus cookies. Save some for topping.
4 cups Vanilla Ice Cream, 2 tsp Pink Frosting, 1/2 cup frosted Circus Cookies
  • Mix on low speed until well combined. Do not mix for too long. It will heat up and begin to melt your ice cream.
  • Fill up your serving dish, and top with leftover cookies.
  • Rinse your bowl, and add in another heaping cup of ice cream, 1 tablespoon of fudge, and almost all of your diced brownies.
2 tbsp Hot Fudge, 3 Cosmic Brownies
  • Mix on low spread until well combined, place in your serving dish, and top with leftover brownie pieces.
  • Finally, add a heaping cup of ice cream, the last of your fudge, and nearly all of your M&Ms. Mix until well combined and place in your serving dish.
    1/2 cup M&Ms
  • Top with leftover M&Ms, sever all three blizzards and enjoy! What flavors can you come up with?

Notes

  • Don't overmix the Blizzards. The mixing causes some friction and the friction will heat the ice cream and make it melt.
  • You can use this method to make any flavor of Blizzard you like. Use crushed Snickers and hot fudge for a Snickers Blizzards, crushed Oreos and hot fudge for an Oreo Blizzard, or crushed Reeses, peanut butter and hot fudge for a Reeses Blizzard.
  • Part of the fun of making homemade Blizzards is being able to customize them. Get wild and substitute chocolate ice cream or any other flavor for vanilla! Add in other toppings! The sky's the limit at home!
