- 6 cups cubed russet potatoes cut into 1/2 - 3/4" pieces
- 2 tbsp canola oil
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp seasoned salt
- 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
- 8-10 hot dogs sliced into coins
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Add the potatoes, oil, and seasonings to a large mixing bowl and stir everything together until evenly combined.
6 cups cubed russet potatoes, 2 tbsp canola oil, 2 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp onion powder, 1/2 tsp seasoned salt, 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
Transfer the potatoes to a sheet pan and spread out in an even layer.
Bake at 425° for 25-30 minutes. Carefully flip the potatoes. Add the hot dogs to the pan, then bake for 10 more minutes.
8-10 hot dogs
Sprinkle the cheese evenly out overtop and bake another 5 minutes.
