Hot Honey Meatballs (Slow Cooker Recipe)

- 1 32 oz pkg frozen beef meatballs
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/3 cup butter melted
- 1/3 cup buffalo wing sauce
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
- salt & pepper to taste
- dill pickle chips for serving (optional)
Add the meatballs to the bowl of a slow cooker. Top with the remaining ingredients, except for the pickle chips. Gently stir to evenly combine.

Cover and cook on LOW for 4-5 hours, stirring occasionally, or on HIGH for 2-3 hours. Stir well.
Serve with the sliced pickles for garnish, if desired, and enjoy.
dill pickle chips
- You can adjust the heat level by adjusting the amount of buffalo wing sauce you use and the amount of red pepper flakes you use.
- Add a seeded, diced jalapeno to the slow cooker for more heat.
- If you're using salted butter, don't use as much salt when you season the dish.
- Make it a meal by turning the meatballs into sub sandwiches or serving them with mashed potatoes or rice.
