- 2 1" thick ribeye steaks
- 1 tbsp evoo
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning optional
- salt & pepper
- garlic butter for serving
Rub both sides of each steak with olive oil then season it on both sides with Italian seasoning (if using), salt, and pepper.

Place the steaks in the basket of the air fryer, but making sure they aren't touching or overlapping. Cook at 400° for for 12 minutes, flipping over at the halfway point.
Carefully transfer the steaks to a waiting plate, and let them rest for 10 minutes.
Top with a pat of butter, serve, and enjoy!

- You don't have to use Italian seasoning, you can sub another seasoning you prefer- including steak seasoning. You could also omit the seasoning altogether, but don't skip the salt and pepper.
- When flipping the steaks, use tongs so that you don't burn yourself on the air fryer basket or the hot meat.
- This recipe should result in a perfectly cooked medium steak; however, it won't have a traditional 'sear'.
- Keep in mind that different brands of air fryers may cook differently.
