Key Lime Pie Dip (Quick & Easy)
Key lime pie dip packs all the bright tropical flavor of the classic dessert into a quick and easy dippable dessert. It is the ultimate no-bake treat for summer parties, pairing perfectly with graham crackers, pretzels, or fresh fruit.

- 2 8 oz blocks cream cheese
- 1 2/3 cups powdered sugar
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 2 tbsp key lime juice can substitute regular lime juice, if preferred
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- crushed graham crackers for garnish
- graham cracker squares for serving
Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl. Using a hand mixer beat together until smooth & creamy.
2 8 oz blocks cream cheese, 1 2/3 cups powdered sugar, 1/3 cup sour cream, 2 tbsp key lime juice, 1 tsp vanilla extract
Transfer to a serving bowl/dish and sprinkle the cracker crumbs evenly out overtop.

- The graham cracker garnish is optional so you can skip it if you prefer.
- Don't skip letting the cream cheese soften first. It makes it much easier mix.
- If you substitute lime juice, it's not a big deal. Key lime juice is a little tarter and brighter but regular lime juice makes a good substitute.
