- 1 lb boneless skinless salmon filet cut into 1" cubes
- salt & pepper to taste
- 3 tbsp melted butter melted but NOT hot
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 3 cloves garlic minced roughly 3 tsp
Add the salmon pieces to a large mixing bowl and season with salt & pepper.
1 lb boneless, salt & pepper to taste
Add the butter, juice, and garlic to the bowl tossing together until the salmon's evenly coated.
3 tbsp melted butter melted, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 3 cloves garlic minced
Place a paper liner in the basket of your air fryer, then add the salmon to the basket in a single layer and pour any remaining sauce overtop.
Air fry at 400° for 5-7 minutes.
Serve warm with any extra sauce spread overtop.
- Do not overcrowd the basket. Cook the salmon in 2 batches, if necessary.
- Do NOT shake the basket during cooking.
- Don't have liners for your air fryer? Cut a sheet of parchment paper to fit the bottom of the basket. This recipe has to be made with a liner, otherwise the sauce will all cook/drain off during the cook time.
