Maple Bacon Chicken Salad

- 1 - 1 1/2 cups chopped rotisserie chicken
- 1/2 cup crisp crumbled bacon
- 1/2 cup diced red onion
- heaping 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 1/2 tbsp maple syrup
- salt & pepper to taste
Add the chicken, bacon, onion, and mayonnaise to a large mixing bowl. Stir together to evenly combine.

Add the cheese and syrup to the mixture, again stirring to evenly combine. Salt & pepper the chicken salad, if desired, to taste.
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese, 1 1/2 tbsp maple syrup, salt & pepper
Cover and chill for 1 hour before serving.
