One Pot Sausage And Pierogi Skillet
This one pot sausage and pierogi skillet turns a package of frozen pierogi into a satisfying meal. Sliced kielbasa gets sauteed with pierogi, yellow onions and green beans for a one stop dinner for even the biggest appetites!

- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 12 oz kielbasa sliced into coins
- 1 16 oz pkg frozen cheese pierogi
- 1 cup diced yellow onion
- 1 10 oz pkg frozen cut green beans
- salt and pepper to taste
Add the oil to a large skillet set over medium heat. Once hot add the sausage, pierogi, and onions to the skillet. Saute just until the pierogi are golden brown- roughly 6 minutes per side, gently stirring the sausage and onions too.
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil, 1 12 oz kielbasa, 1 16 oz pkg frozen cheese pierogi, 1 cup diced yellow onion
Add the green beans to the skillet the last 5 minutes of cooking, gently stirring them as needed.
1 10 oz pkg frozen cut green beans
Season the dish with salt and pepper, to taste.

- I recommend serving this with a dollop of sour cream, it pairs perfectly with the pierogi
- You can top the skillet with some shredded cheese if you want.
- In a pinch you can substitute the kielbasa for bratwurst or chorizo.
