This peanut butter ramen recipe is a budget friendly way to upgrade a package of noodles. These ramen noodles ditch the seasoning packets in favor of a blend a sweet, savory, and spicy peanut sauce and your choice of toppings!

- 3 3 oz pkgs instant ramen noodles seasoning packets discarded
- 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sriracha

Cook the ramen noodles according to the package instructions for al dente, reserving 1/2 cup of the pasta water and draining the rest.

In a small bowl combine the peanut butter, honey, soy sauce, and sriracha until the mixture's smooth. Add the reserved pasta water to the mixture, stirring until evenly incorporated into a thin sauce.
1/4 cup creamy peanut butter, 2 tbsp honey, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tsp sriracha
Pour the sauce over the hot, drained noodles and stir together to evenly combine.
Serve with your favorite garnishes, and enjoy!

- Discard the seasoning packets that come with the noodles. You will not use them in this recipe.
- Be careful not to overcook the ramen noodles. They have a tendency to go from cooked to mushy very quickly.
- In a pinch you could use extra packets of soy sauce and honey that come along with takeout, etc.
