In a large bowl, mix yeast, warm water, and sugar. Let sit 5–10 minutes until foamy.

Spread about 2–3 tablespoons of sauce over each crust. Sprinkle with mozzarella and add your favorite toppings.

Place pans on the lowest oven rack and bake for 12–15 minutes, until crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
