- 2 cups water
- 1 3 oz pkg chicken flavored ramen + seasoning packet
- 1 8 oz can corn kernels drained
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp curry powder
- 1 tbsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp cold water
- shredded cheddar cheese for garnish
- crumbled bacon bits for garnish
Bring the water to a boil in a small pot. Break the ramen square into four chunks and add it to the boiling water along with the seasoning packet. Stir to combine, and immediately reduce the heat to medium.

Cook for 2-3 minutes, just until the noodles are tender.
Add the corn, milk, and seasonings to the pot. Stir everything together to evenly combine and continue cooking just until the mixture's heated through.

Whisk the cornstarch and water together, then stir the slurry into the soup.
