Slow Cooker Garlic Parmesan Chicken Sandwiches

- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts trimmed of fat
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 cup Parmesan garlic sauce
- 1/3 cup chicken broth
- 12 slices bacon cooked crisp (for serving)
- 4 oz cream cheese softened & cubed
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Spray the inside of the bowl of a slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray. Add the chicken to the bowl in an even layer.
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Sprinkle the seasonings evenly out over the chicken followed by the minced garlic, sauce, and broth.
1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp black pepper, 1 tsp smoked paprika, 1 tsp onion powder, 1 1/2 tbsp minced garlic, 1 cup Parmesan garlic sauce, 1/3 cup chicken broth
Cover and cook on LOW for 4-6 hours.
Using tongs transfer the hot chicken to a large cutting board and carefully shred, then return the chicken to the pot.
Add the cream cheese and cheddar cheese to the pot then stir to combine. Cover and continue cooking for another 15 minutes. Stir again until evenly combined.

Serve on buns with slices of crispy bacon and enjoy!
