Start by creaming together your butter, sugar, and brown sugar until well combined.
1 cup Crisco or Butter, 3/4 cup Sugar, 3/4 cup packed Brown Sugar
Add in your vanilla, and eggs. Beat until well combined.
1 tsp vanilla extract, 2 eggs
Sift together your flour, baking soda, and salt.
2 1/4 cups Flour, 1 tsp Baking Soda, 1 tsp Salt
Gradually add to your wet ingredients. Mix until completely combined.
Fold in your chocolate chips, mini marshmallows, and Cinnamon Toast Crunch.
1 cup Chocolate Chips, 1/2 cup Mini Marshmallows, 1/2 cup Crumbled Cinnamon Toast Crunch
Press into the bottom of a well greased cookie cake pan. Mound up in the center so the sides and center level out while baking.
Bake at 375 degrees 11-15 minutes, or until slightly golden.
Immediately add pieces of your chocolate bar on top, some additional marshmallows, and Cinnamon Toast Crunch.

Turn the oven to broil and place the cookie cake in once more, just for a minute or two. Watch closely. As soon as the marshmallows are browned, pull it.
Let cool completely and decorate as you wish with icing.
