Melt the butter in a small skillet over medium high heat. Add the breadcrumbs and old bay to the skillet, tossing to evenly combine. Cook, stirring continuously, until the bread crumbs are golden brown. Remove the skillet from heat, set aside, and let them cool completely.
2 tbsp butter, 1/2 cup unseasoned panko bread crumbs, 1 tsp old bay seasoning
To a small mixing bowl add the sour cream, cream cheese, ranch seasoning, and juices. Using a hand mixer blend them together until smooth & creamy. Add the pickles and dill to the mixture, stirring to evenly combine.
1 cup sour cream, 1 8 oz block cream cheese, 1 pkt ranch seasoning mix, 1 tbsp dill pickle juice, 1 tsp lemon juice, 1 cup diced dill pickles, 1 tsp dried dill
Transfer the finished dip to a serving dish, spreading out in an even layer. Top with the cooled bread crumbs.
Serve with chips and/or crackers, and enjoy!
