Ingredients

  • 2 slices white bread
  • 1 1/2 tbsp creamy peanut butter
  • 1 1/2 tbsp grape jelly
  • 6 pretzel sticks
  • 2 mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Use a glass, or a round biscuit cutter, to carve two circles out of the slices of bread. Discard the extra.
    2 slices white bread
  • Spread the peanut butter evenly out over one circle of bread, followed by the jelly.
1 1/2 tbsp creamy peanut butter, 1 1/2 tbsp grape jelly
  • Add three pretzel legs to each side, then top with the other bread circle to close the sandwich.
    6 pretzel sticks
  • Dot the back of each mini chocolate chip with a dab of peanut butter, then stick them onto the top of the sandwich as 'eyes'.
    2 mini chocolate chips
  • Serve and enjoy!

Notes

  • You can sub raisins, or even candy eyeballs, for the chocolate chips.
  • Use any kind of nut and seed butter you like and any kind of jelly. You could even sub Nutella for the jelly if you prefer.
  • It's easy to make a whole batch of these.
