Starbucks Pink Drink (Copycat Recipe)

Ingredients

  • 3 parts white cran strawberry juice
  • 1 part sweetened coconut milk
  • ice for serving
  • dehydrated strawberries for serving (optional)

Instructions

  • To a cup add some ice and freeze dried strawberries.

  • Fill the cup 3/4 of the way with the strawberry juice, then add coconut milk to finish filling the cup.
    3 parts white cran strawberry juice, 1 part sweetened coconut milk
  • Stir and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Prefer the drink with more coconut milk? Then use equal parts strawberry juice and coconut milk.
  • Chill the coconut milk and juice first so you don't have to use as much ice.
  • This drink is super fun to drink as is but serving it with pretty pink straws or even little drink umbrellas is more fun!
