Ingredients

  • 4 uncrustables thawed (any flavor)
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

  • Add milk, eggs, extract, and cinnamon to a mixing bowl. Whisk until evenly combined. Transfer to a waiting shallow pie plate.
1/2 cup milk, 2 large eggs, 2 tsp vanilla extract, 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • Dip the thawed uncrustables, one at a time, into the egg mixture flipping to coat both sides.
    4 uncrustables
  • Set a large skillet over medium heat and spray it liberally with cooking spray.
  • Transfer the egg coated uncrustables to the hot skillet and cook until browned on one side (roughly 3-4 minutes), then flip and continue cooking on the other side until similarly golden brown.
  • Repeat as needed for the remaining uncrustables, then transfer them to a waiting plate.
  • Serve warm with powdered sugar sprinkled over top, and syrup for dipping.

Notes

  • Make sure the Uncrustables have thawed first or they won't absorb the batter.
  • You can use melted butter in place of cooking spray if that's preferable.
  • Don't cook them over too high heat. You don't want them to burn on the outside but not cook through.
