Ingredients
To make this you’ll need:
- Sauerkraut– A 16 ounce jar, drained and rinsed
- Deli corned beef– Roughly chopped
- Cream cheese– Let it soften to room temperature first
- Swiss cheese– Shredded
- Thousand Island dressing– Your favorite brand
How to Make
Making hot reuben dip is so easy!
Just stir all of the ingredients together in a mixing bowl.
When everything is combined, spread the mixture out evenly in a baking dish you’ve sprayed with nonstick spray.
Bake the dip at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes, stirring the dip halfway through.
When the dip is done, carefully take it out of the oven and give it another stir.
Serve with your favorite dippers/

To do it, add all of the ingredients to the bowl of a slow cooker.
Then cover the slow cooker, and cook the dip on HIGH for 45 minutes.
Stir the dip every 15 minutes.
Let the dip keep cooking until all the cheese is melted and the dip is evenly combined.
Storing Leftovers
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days.
Before serving it again, just heat it in a hot oven or in the slow cooker until warm and melty.

- 8 oz shredded swiss cheese
