Look, I have many good qualities.

But my ability to be a functional human in the morning is not necessarily one of them.

And there is nothing easier in the morning than air fryer breakfast sausage links.

It’s an open then package and shake the air fryer halfway through situation that has saved me so many mornings.

I can muster this even without having a cup of coffee first, and that’s really saying something!

Ingredients

To make this you need:

  • Sausage links– A 12 ounce package of your favorite brand of uncooked sausage links

That’s it!

How to Make

Making sausage links in the air fryer is so easy!

To do it just add the sausage links to the basket of your air fryer in a single layer so they are not touching.

Air fry the sausage at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket at the halfway point.

Once the air fryer breakfast sausage links are done, remove the hot sausage from the basket of the air fryer with tongs and put them on a serving plate.

Enjoy with your other breakfast favorites!

Storing Leftovers

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days.

Reheat in the air fryer until warmed through.

Do I have to spray the basket with cooking spray first?

No, however, you can if you want to!

The links won’t stick.

Tips and Tricks

  • If your air fryer requires preheating, wait to add the sausages until it’s preheated but be careful because it will be hot.
  • If you’re using frozen sausage links, add a couple minutes to the cook time. 
  • Full cooked sausage links should read an internal temperature of 160F.

Ingredients

  • 1 12 oz pkg uncooked breakfast sausage links

Instructions

  • Add the uncooked links to the basket of an air fryer in a single layer without touching.

  • Remove the hot sausage from the air fryer using tongs, and transfer them to a serving plate.
