To make this you’ll need:
- Pork tenderloin– About 1.5 pounds.
- Olive oil– To massage into the pork and lock in moisture.
- Spices– Garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme, salt, pepper, smoked paprika, ground mustard, and chili powder
How to Make Pork Tenderloin in the Air Fryer
This recipe is so easy to make!
To do it, just pat the pork tenderloin dry with paper towels.
Then rub the olive oil onto the tenderloin, making sure to evenly coat it.
Whisk the seasonings together in a small bowl and spread the mixture out over the meat, rubbing it into the tenderloin.
Refrigerate the pork for half an hour to let it marinate.
Air fry the marinated pork tenderloin at 400 for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Then carefully transfer the cooked pork to a cutting board and let it rest for 5 to 10 minutes prior to slicing.
Slice, serve, and enjoy!
Storing Leftovers
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
Reheat in the air fryer, oven, or microwave until warmed through.

- 2 tsp onion powder
- 2 tsp dried thyme
- salt & pepper to taste
- 1 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp ground mustard
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
Instructions
- Pat the pork dry using paper towels, then rub the olive oil evenly out all over the tenderloin.1 1/2 lbs pork tenderloin, 1 1/2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
- Add all of the seasonings to a small bowl, whisking together until evenly combined. Pour the seasoning mixture over the meat, and rub in until evenly coated.2 tsp garlic powder, 2 tsp onion powder, 2 tsp dried thyme, salt & pepper, 1 1/2 tsp smoked paprika, 1/2 tsp ground mustard, 1/2 tsp chili powder
- Cover the prepared pork, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Transfer the pork to the basket of your air fryer, then air fry at 400° for 20 minutes- flipping half way through.
- Using tongs, carefully transfer the hot pork to a waiting cutting board. Let rest for 5- 10 minutes.
- Slice & serve!
