And most of the time, those mornings need a stick to your ribs kind of breakfast without a lot of effort.

Ingredients
To make this you’ll need:
- Sausage gravy– 2 15 ounce cans of your favorite brand of sausage gravy.
- Bisquick mix– A 7.5 ounce packet of Bisquick buttermilk complete biscuits and the water called for in the package directions

How to Make
This biscuits and gravy skillet couldn’t be easier to make!
Just spread the gravy in an even layer in a large, safe skillet.
Make the biscuits according to the directions on the package.
Dollop the biscuits on top of the gravy in an even layer.
Bake at 350 for 12 to 18 minutes or just until the biscuits are golden and set.
Serve warm and enjoy!

Storing Leftovers
Store leftovers tightly wrapped in the skillet in your fridge for up to 4 days.
Keep in mind the longer you store it, the more the biscuits will absorb the gravy.

Tips and Tricks
- A large cast iron skillet works really well for this! If your skillet isn’t cast iron, make sure it is oven safe.
- Don’t overmix your Bisquick. Just mix it until the dough just comes together.
- Let the skillet rest for a couple minutes prior to serving to let the biscuits finish setting. It will also make it easier to scoop.
