- Oats– Go for old fashioned oats.
- Milk– Any kind of milk you have in your fridge will work.
- Instant pudding– Cheesecake mix
- Blueberries– Frozen
How to Make
These blueberry cheesecake overnight oats are super easy to make.
Just add the oats, cheesecake pudding mix, and milk to a wide mouth pint canning jar.
Give it a good stir to evenly combine it all.
Then stir in the frozen blueberries.
Secure the lid on the jar and refrigerate it for 8 hours or overnight.
When you’re ready to enjoy, stir and serve.
Storing
Store these overnight in the fridge until you are ready to enjoy.
Keep in mind, the longer they sit, the softer they will get.
Tips and Tricks
- If you prefer hot oatmeal or it’s a cold and frosty mornings, microwave for the jar with the lid removed for 30 seconds to a minute until your desired temperature is achieved.
- You can use fresh blueberries instead of frozen, but if you do don’t add them in until just before serving for best flavor.
- If you plan to serve these all week long, you could make a couple with steel cut oats since those will take longer to get soften.
