Ingredients
To make these you’ll need:
- Sausage– Ground pork breakfast sausage. You could substitute chicken or turkey sausage if you prefer.
- Cheese– Shredded cheddar
- Hash browns– The kind in the refrigerated section
- Eggs– To bind the sausage balls together
- Spices– Onion powder, garlic powder, cajun seasoning
How to Make
Breakfast sausage balls are so easy to make!
To do it, just mix everything together in a large mixing bowl until it’s evenly combined.
Roll the mixture into 2 to 3 inch balls and put the rolled balls onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake them at 350 for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden on the outside and cooked through.
Serve and enjoy!
