This chicken cordon bleu dip is one of the easy dip recipes I go to when I’m entertaining.
It only takes a few minutes to put together and the result is creamy, dreamy, crowd pleasing goodness.
Ingredients
To make this you’ll need:
- Cream cheese– Full fat cream cheese, softened to room temperature
- Chicken– Chopped rotisserie chicken works perfectly.
- Bacon– Cooked crisp and crumbled
- Ham– Diced deli ham or diced leftover ham or ham steak
- Chicken broth
- Swiss cheese– Shredded
How to Make
This chicken cordon bleu dip is so easy!
Just beat the cream cheese, bacon, chicken, ham, broth, and 1 1/4 cup of the cheese together with a hand mixer in a mixing bowl until everything is combined.
Spread the dip out in an even layer in an 8×8″ casserole dish you’ve sprayed with nonstick spray.
Sprinkle the top with the remaining cheese.
Bake the dip at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
Serve warm with your favorite dippers.

- 1 1/2 cups finely shredded Swiss cheese
Instructions

- Using a hand mixer, blend together all of the ingredients until evenly combined and the mixture's smooth.
- Spray an 8x8" baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Transfer the dip mixture to the dish, and spread out in an even layer. Sprinkle the remaining cheese evenly out overtop of the dip.
- Bake at 350° for 20-25 minutes.
