In some houses, salad doesn’t mean greens and veggies tossed together with a dressing.

Nope.

Instead it means a fruit mixed with whipped cream cheese fluff.

It’s sort of a combination side dish and dessert and I am here for it.

Especially when it has a festive holiday spin and is in a pie crust.

And that’s exactly what this cranberry fluff salad is.

It’s got whole berry cranberry sauce folded into a fluffy cream cheese filling.

The filling sits on top of a sweet, crispy graham cracker crust.

It’s the dish you’ll want to bring to every Friendsgiving or Thanksgiving gathering this year!

Ingredients

Let’s break this down into a set of ingredients for the crust and one for the filling.

For the crust you’ll need:

Part of the beauty of cranberry fluff pie is that you can make it ahead of time.

I often make this a day ahead of time and just leave it in the fridge covered until it is time to serve it.
