It makes use of frozen potstickers and a teriyaki vegetable stir fry kit.
The two are a match made in quick dinner heaven because before you know it, a delicious supper’s on the table!
Ingredients
You don’t need much to make this just:
- Frozen potstickers– Your favorite kind. Use 8 to 10.
- Oil– I recommend a neutral light oil for this like canola oil.
- Vegetable stir fry kit– A 19 ounce bag of teriyaki vegetable stir fry. You can find these kits in the produce section near either the bagged salads, bagged vegetables, or the Asian foods.
- Garlic paste– Again you can find this in the produce section
- Garnish (optional)– Thinly sliced green onions, sesame seeds, and fresh cilantro leaves
How to Make
This easy potsticker stir fry is a quick meal with no chopping needed!
Just cook the potstickers in a skillet according to the package directions.
When the potstickers are done transfer them to a waiting plate.
Turn the heat up to high and add oil to the skillet.
When the oil is hot and shimmery, add the veggies to the skillet, tossing them to coat in the oil.
Cook them, stirring often, just until the veggies have begun to soften some.
Add the sauce packet to the skillet, along with a splash of water and garlic paste.
Stir everything together until the vegetables are well coated in sauce.
Then add the potstickers back to the skillet, and stir fry the mixture for another 1-2 minutes.
Once the potstickers are coated in the sauce and evenly combined to the mixture, take the skillet off the heat.
Serve it warm with thinly sliced green onion and sesame seeds sprinkled over top as a garnish.
Enjoy!

Want to dress up your potsticker stir fry even more?
Try topping it with:
- drained pineapple niblets

You could also drizzle on other sauces for extra flavor like sriracha or hoisin sauce.
Storing Leftovers
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up 3 days.
Reheat in the microwave until warmed through.
Tips and Tricks
- I recommend using the fresh veggie fry kit because it’s tastier but you could use a frozen teriyaki stir fry veggie blend if needed. Keep in mind the veggies will be softer if you use the frozen ones in the final product.
- You don’t need an exact amount of potstickers. Instead use more for a hearty appetites or leftovers, adding extra garlic paste and a dash of store bought teriyaki sauce if needed.
- For extra flavor, you could also add ginger paste to the stir fry.
