How to Make

To make this slow cooker pork tenderloin, just put the roast in the bowl of the crockpot.

Set it aside while you make the sauce by whisking together the cheese, honey, soy sauce, spices, garlic, oil, and salt in a small bowl until combined.

Then, pour all that deliciousness evenly out over the pork.

Put the cover on the slow cooker and cook on low for 6-7 hours on LOW, or HIGH for 4-5 hours.

When you are ready to serve it, carefully transfer the cooked pork roast to a cutting board.

Do not discard the drippings!

Let it rest and then slice the pork.

Serve with gravy and enjoy!

How to Make Pork Gravy

Once you are just about ready to eat, make the gravy.

To make gravy, leave a mesh strainer when you transfer the meat from the crockpot.

Remove the meat and let the juices drain completely.

Lift the strainer and the meat out removing any meat chunks or debris.

And now you have the drippings!

Once you have the drippings, mix the cornstarch and broth together in a small bowl until the mixture forms a smooth slurry.

Heat the drippings in a sauce pan over medium heat .

Whisk in the slurry and bring the mixture to a simmer, stirring until it coats the back of a spoon.
