Ingredients
To make these you’ll need:
- Mini pretzel bites– I used Kings Hawaiian pretzel bites but you can use any you like
- Honey ham– About 24 very thin slices
- Cheddar cheese– 6 slices. You could substitute another sliced cheese if you prefer
- Hot Honey Butter Ingredients-Butter, honey and red pepper flakes
How to Make
Hot honey mini ham and cheese pretzel sliders are easy to make.
Just slice your pretzel bites in half and put them in a 9×13 baking dish.
Then break up the cheese slices so they fit on a pretzel.
Layer a piece of cheese, a slice of ham, and another slice of cheese of on top of the ham on each pretzel bite bottom.
Then close the sliders by putting on the top of the pretzel bite on each slider.
In a microwave safe dish, combine the butter, honey, and red pepper flakes.
Microwave it for about 30 seconds or until the butter melts and stir everything together.
Brush the hot honey over the sliders.
Bake in a 350 degree oven until the cheese melts.
Serve and enjoy!
Storing Leftovers
You can store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
Reheat them in a hot oven until warmed through.
Tips and Tricks
- Use any cheese you like. Pepper jack would add an extra kick and Swiss pairs really well with the flavors in this.
- Don’t like spice? Omit the red pepper flakes. You’ll still get a sweet and savory treat.
- Can’t find pretzel bites? Use regular slider rolls.
