Ingredients

To make these you’ll need:

  • Mini pretzel bites– I used Kings Hawaiian pretzel bites but you can use any you like
  • Honey ham– About 24 very thin slices
  • Cheddar cheese– 6 slices. You could substitute another sliced cheese if you prefer
  • Hot Honey Butter Ingredients-Butter, honey and red pepper flakes

How to Make

Hot honey mini ham and cheese pretzel sliders are easy to make.

Just slice your pretzel bites in half and put them in a 9×13 baking dish.

Then break up the cheese slices so they fit on a pretzel.

Layer a piece of cheese, a slice of ham, and another slice of cheese of on top of the ham on each pretzel bite bottom.

Then close the sliders by putting on the top of the pretzel bite on each slider.

In a microwave safe dish, combine the butter, honey, and red pepper flakes.

Microwave it for about 30 seconds or until the butter melts and stir everything together.

Brush the hot honey over the sliders.

Bake in a 350 degree oven until the cheese melts.

Serve and enjoy!

Storing Leftovers

You can store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 4 days.

Reheat them in a hot oven until warmed through.

  • Use any cheese you like. Pepper jack would add an extra kick and Swiss pairs really well with the flavors in this.

Ingredients

  • 24 mini pretzel bites I used Kings Hawaiian Pretzel Bites
  • 9 ounces honey ham roughly 24 thin slices
  • 6 slices cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
  • Slice your pretzel bites in half and place in a 9x13 baking dish.
    24 mini pretzel bites
  • Break up the slices of cheese into pieces that fit on the pretzels.
    6 slices cheddar cheese
  • Place a piece of cheese, slice of ham and another piece of cheese on each pretzel bite.
    9 ounces honey ham
  • Top with the top half of the pretzel bite.
  • In a microwave safe bowl combine your butter, honey and red pepper flakes.
    2 tablespoons butter, 2 tablespoons honey, 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Microwave in 30 second intervals until the butter is melted.
  • Brush or drizzle the hot honey butter all over the sliders.
  • Bake for 15 minutes or until melted.
  • Serve!

Notes
