To make this you’ll need:

  • Italian dressing mix– A .7 package of your favorite Italian dressing mix
  • Oil– Either vegetable oil or canola oil and olive oil
  • Mayonnaise– Full fat mayonnaise
  • Vinegar– White
  • Water
  • Sugar– Granulated
  • Seasoning– Dried Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and garlic powder
  • Parmesan cheese– Grated

How to Make

This copycat Olive Garden salad dressing couldn’t be easier!

Just add all the ingredients to a jar, put the lid on it and shake it until it’s combined.

Storing

Store leftovers in an airtight jar in the refrigerator for up to 3 weeks.

Tips and Tricks

  • If you don’t want to shake the dressing in a jar to combine, add the ingredients to a large mixing bowl then whisk together until evenly combined.
  • This makes roughly 1 cup of dressing, and 1/4 cup is a serving size, though you can use as much or as little as you like.
  • I like to give this a quick taste before I add the salt. Sometimes the Italian dressing packets are fairly salty and it may be salty enough. It really depends on brand and your preferences.

  • 3/4 cup vegetable oil can substitute canola oil
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup white vinegar
