You can eat them either hot or cold, depending on your preference.
If you want them warm, just pop them in the microwave until warmed through.
Can I use peaches and cream overnight oats for meal prep?
Yes!
You can absolutely meal prep this recipe!
It makes 4 servings so you get 4 delicious and healthy breakfasts.
If you are making it for meal prep, I like to scoop equal sized portions of the mixture into mason jars.
Then I seal the jars and refrigerate for up to 4 days.
Storing
For longer storage, I recommend storing leftovers in airtight jars in the fridge.
However if you are making these to eat the next morning, just store them right in the bowl with plastic wrap in the fridge.
Tips and Tricks
- This recipe yields around 4 cups of oats, and a single serving is roughly one cup of oats.
- Top this with cinnamon and even a sprinkle of chopped nuts for a little protein and crunch.
- You can use frozen peaches in this recipe, but make sure they’re completely thawed first so that no excess liquid gets in the oats and makes them soupy.

Three stars because I added the salt as per the recipe and could taste it next day when I ate the overnight oats. However, it was good enough to make again without the salt, and I think it will really be delicious then.
