This homemade version brings that same crispy wrapper and melty, pepperoni-filled center right to your kitchen for a taste of that Disney magic at home.

Even more magical?
They’re surprisingly simple to put together with just a few ingredients.
Serve them with your favorite dipping sauce and watch them disappear just as fast as the original!
Ingredients
To make these you’ll need:

- Spring roll wrappers– You can find these in the refrigerated produced section near the tofu and specialty produce. If they aren’t there, check the international or appetizer section of the freezer department.
- Cheese– Shredded Italian blend cheese
- Pepperoni
- Oil– For frying
- Marinara sauce– Optional for dipping
How to Make
These copycat Disney pepperoni spring rolls are pretty easy to make.
To do it, lay a spring roll wrapper on a clean working surface.

Top the wrapper with about 2 tablespoons shredded cheese and 1 tablespoon of pepperoni diagonally down the length of the wrapper.
Fold the side edges in and then roll it into a tight tube.

Lift the seam up and brush on a little water with your finger and gently press the wrapper down to seal the seam.
Repeat this process until you’ve used all ingredients.

Once the spring rolls are assembled, heat 2” of oil in a heavy bottom skillet to 350 F.
Fry 3 to 4 spring rolls in the hot oil for 5-6 minutes or until they are golden brown.

Repeat this until you’ve fried them all.
Serve them immediately with marinara sauce for dipping.

Storing Leftovers
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days.
Reheat them in a 300 degree oven until they are warmed through.

Freezing Instructions
These spring rolls also freeze beautifully.
To do it, let them cool to room temperature before transferring them to a freezer safe bag.
Freeze them for up to 3 months.
When you are ready to serve them, heat them in 300 degree oven until warmed through.

Tips and Tricks
- Don’t overfill the wrappers. Keeping the filling light prevents them from bursting while cooking.
- Seal them well. Sealing them with a little water along the edges of the wrapper makes sure they stay closed and hold their shape during frying.
- Don’t overcrowd the oil so they crisp up evenly and get that golden, crunchy exterior.
