To make this you’ll need:
- Snickerdoodle cookie mix– Your favorite packaged mix. Make sure you get the 17.9 ounce bag.
- Butter– Melted
- Egg
- Apple pie filling– A 21 ounce can is fine or you can use Instant Pot Apple Pie Filling
- Caramel syrup– The kind you find by the ice cream toppings
- Cinnamon sugar
How to Make
To make this cobbler, start by stirring together the cookie mix, butter, and egg in a mixing bowl until evenly combined.
Set it aside.
Liberally spray an 8×8″ baking dish with nonstick cooking spray and add half the batter mixture in dollops evenly into the dish.
Sprinkle half the cinnamon sugar evenly out overtop.
Then, spread the apple pie filling evenly out into the dish.
Top the apple pie filling with the rest of the batter, spreading it evenly out overtop in small dollops until it’s all been used.
Sprinkle the rest of the cinnamon sugar evenly out overtop.
Drizzle half the caramel syrup evenly out overtop.
Bake at 375°F for 30-35 minutes or until the batter is cooked through and golden brown on top.
Carefully remove the dish from the oven, and let it rest for 5 minutes.
Drizzle the remaining caramel syrup evenly out overtop, and serve warm!
Storing Leftovers
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days.
I highly recommend heating it up in the microwave or warming it in the oven before serving again.
