5 Minute S'mores Oatmeal

- 1/2 cup old fashioned steel cut oats
- 1 cup milk
- 3 jumbo marshmallows regular size, NOT miniature
- Hershey's bar pieces for topping
- graham crackers crumbled, for topping
- mini marshmallows for topping (optional)
In a small pot over high heat, bring the milk to a boil. Immediately reduce the heat to low, and stir in the oats.
Simmer, stirring often, for 4-5 minutes- just until the oats are tender and creamy. Remove the pot from heat.
Add the marshmallows to the pot, stirring until melted and evenly incorporated.
Transfer the marshmallow oatmeal to a bowl.
Add toppings and serve warm!
- Don't have a Hershey bar? Use chocolate chips or even just a drizzle of hot fudge or chocolate syrup
- This recipe can easily be doubled or tripled to serve a larger crowd.
