- 1 24 oz box velveeta shells and cheese
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tbsp ground mustard
- 1 tbsp dill pickle relish
- crisp, crumbled bacon for garnish
- diced tomatoes for garnish
Prepare the pasta according to the directions on the box.

While the pasta's cooking saute the ground beef in a large skillet, crumbling as it cooks, until it's completely browned throughout. Drain off the excess grease.
1 lb lean ground beef
Return the strained pasta to the pot and add the cheese sauce, cooked beef, seasonings, mustard and relish. Stir until everything's evenly incorporated.
