Easy Pulled Pork Pizza

Easy pulled pork pizzas are a delicious twist on pizza night and the perfect way to use up your leftovers! Savory pulled pork, barbecue sauce, mozzarella cheese, bacon, and diced red onion give you bold flavors to enjoy.

Ingredients

  • 2-3 small pizza crusts
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 2 cups shredded pulled pork
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 slices bacon cooked crisp & crumbled
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • chopped cilantro leaves for serving

Instructions

  • Prepare the pizza crusts according to the package instructions.
    2-3 small pizza crusts
  • Spread a thin layer of barbecue sauce evenly out overtop of each prepared crust.

  • Divide half of the cheese, splitting it evenly between the crusts in an even layer. Then add the pulled pork on top, again dividing it evenly between the crusts.
    2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, 2 cups shredded pulled pork
  • Sprinkle the remaining shredded cheese evenly out overtop of the pizzas. Top each with some of the onion and bacon.
    4 slices bacon, 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • Bake the pizzas on a pizza pan or rimmed baking sheet at 400° for 12-15 minutes.
  • Let cool for 5 minutes, then cut into slices, and serve with fresh chopped cilantro sprinkled on top- if desired!

Notes

  • Don't have leftover pulled pork? Use leftover barbecue chicken.
  • You can switch the cheese to cheddar or a blend of cheddar and mozzarella if you prefer.
  • For heat, you could top this with some diced jalapenos.
