Add the stew meat to the bowl of a slow cooker. Sprinkle the soup mix and paprika evenly out over the meat, gently stirring to coat.
2 lbs beef stew meat, 2 1 oz pkg onion soup mix, 1 tsp smoked paprika
Spread the potatoes and onion evenly out over the seasoned meat, followed by the carrots.
2 cups red creamer potatoes, 2 - 2 1/2 cups baby carrots, 1 small yellow onion
Add the broth, soups, ketchup, thyme leaves, and pepper to a mixing bowl and whisk them together until evenly combined then pour this evenly out over the ingredient in the slow cooker.
6-8 cups beef broth, 1 10.5 oz can condensed cream of mushroom soup, 1 10.5 oz can condensed cream of celery soup, 1 cup ketchup, 1/2 tsp ground pepper, pinch thyme leaves
Cover and cook on LOW for 8 hours, or HIGH on 4 hours.
Ladle into bowls, serve warm, and enjoy!
