French Onion Pork Chops

- 8 boneless pork chops
- 1 8 oz tub french onion dip
- 1 1/2 cup shredded white cheddar or Swiss
- 3/4 cup fried onions
Add all of the pork chops to the bottom of a 9x13" baking dish.

Spread the french onion dip evenly out overtop of the pork chops.

Spread the shredded cheese evenly out overtop of the smothered pork chops, followed by the crispy onions.
1 1/2 cup shredded white cheddar, 3/4 cup fried onions
Bake at 350° for 40 - 45 minutes, or until done to temperature and the topping is golden brown and crispy.
Serve warm with your favorite sides, and enjoy!
- You can make this in the slow cooker as well! Just put all the ingredients in the crockpot and cook until the pork reaches 145 on a meat thermometer. If slow cooking, use thicker bone in pork chops.
- To prevent curdling, let your dip come to room temperature before using.
- You can use bone in chops, if preferred, but the cook time may need to be adjusted as they typically take longer to cook.
