Ingredients

  • 8 boneless pork chops
  • 1 8 oz tub french onion dip
  • 1 1/2 cup shredded white cheddar or Swiss
  • 3/4 cup fried onions

Instructions

  • Add all of the pork chops to the bottom of a 9x13" baking dish.
    8 boneless pork chops
  • Spread the french onion dip evenly out overtop of the pork chops.
1 8 oz tub french onion dip
  • Spread the shredded cheese evenly out overtop of the smothered pork chops, followed by the crispy onions.
1 1/2 cup shredded white cheddar, 3/4 cup fried onions
  • Bake at 350° for 40 - 45 minutes, or until done to temperature and the topping is golden brown and crispy.
  • Serve warm with your favorite sides, and enjoy!

Notes

  • You can make this in the slow cooker as well! Just put all the ingredients in the crockpot and cook until the pork reaches 145 on a meat thermometer. If slow cooking, use thicker bone in pork chops.
  • To prevent curdling, let your dip come to room temperature before using.
  • You can use bone in chops, if preferred, but the cook time may need to be adjusted as they typically take longer to cook.
