- 2 3 oz pkts ramen noodles discard seasoning packets
- 3 tbsp butter
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp reserved pasta water
- salt & pepper to taste
Add the noodles to a pot of boiling water and cook for 2-3 minutes, just until tender. Reserve two tablespoons of pasta water, then drain the rest and set the noodles aside.

Add the butter to a large skillet set over medium heat. Once melted add the garlic and red pepper flakes, then cook for 30 seconds- stirring constantly.

Add the ramen and reserved pasta water to the skillet, and gently toss until evenly combined and everything's well coated. Immediately remove the skillet from heat

Add the cheese, stirring to combine, until melted and creamy.
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Season with salt & pepper, to taste, and serve immediately.

- To reserve the pasta water, just ladle a scoop into a separate bowl. It will have a chance to cool enough for you to measure it out while the butter and garlic cook.
- This is very customizable! Add grilled or rotisserie chicken, steamed broccoli, canned peas, or mushrooms for a little extra something in this.
- Don't overcook the pasta. You want it just done but not mushy.
