Honey Mustard Vinaigrette (5 Minute Recipe)

- 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup distilled white vinegar
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 1/2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 1/2 tbsp stone ground mustard
- 4-5 tbsp honey
- pepper to taste (optional)
Add all ingredients to a blender, then blend until smooth & evenly incorporated.

- I don't use black pepper in mine, but my husband swears by it. Try it with and without to figure out which way you prefer.
- Have a favorite mustard? Use that in place of the Dijon.
- Don't have stone ground mustard? Use all Dijon instead or vice versa.
- Start with less honey and give the dressing a taste. If it's not sweet enough, add more.
