Ingredients

  • 5 15 oz cans green beans drained
  • 1/2 cup sliced pepperoncini peppers
  • 1 1 oz pkt au jus gravy mix
  • 1 1 oz pkt ranch dressing mix
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1/2 cup pepperoncini brine/juice

Instructions

  • Add the butter, pepper brine, ranch, and gravy mix to a large mixing bowl. Whisk together to evenly combine.
1 1 oz pkt au jus gravy mix, 1/2 cup unsalted butter, 1/2 cup pepperoncini brine/juice, 1 1 oz pkt ranch dressing mix
  • Add the green beans and sliced peppers to the bowl, then gently toss everything together until evenly combined and well coated.
5 15 oz cans green beans, 1/2 cup sliced pepperoncini peppers
  • Transfer the mixture to a 9x13" baking dish and spread out in an even layer.
  • Bake at 350° for 35-40 minutes.
  • Stir well, serve warm, and enjoy!

Notes

  • Make sure to use unsalted butter since both the au jus mix and the ranch mix are salty.
  • You can do this with fresh greens beans, but you want to take off the ends, cut them into smaller pieces, and parboil them first.
  • Top them with crumbled bacon or french fried onions for even more of an indulgent side dish.
