Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup whole milk
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • jelly to taste

Instructions

  • Add the flour, baking powder, and sugar to a small bowl. Whisk everything together until evenly combined.

Notes

  • Use a large microwave-safe mug (at least 10–12 oz) to prevent the batter from overflowing as it cooks.
  • Microwave it increments with the first increment being 1 minute. Check the cake after a minute to see if a toothpick inserted in the middle of the cake comes out clean. If not, microwave it for an additional 30 seconds and then check again. If it still isn't done, shorten the increments to 15 seconds.
  • Spray the mug well with nonstick spray so it doesn't stick.
