Add the eggs, milk, sugar, and extract to a large mixing bowl. Whisk together until evenly combined.

Add the bread cubes, 1 cup of chocolate chips, 1 cup of marshmallows, and the crushed graham crackers to the bowl. Stir everything together until evenly incorporated and well coated.
1 12 oz slightly stale loaf of french bread, 1 1/4 cups chocolate chips, 1 1/4 cups mini marshmallows, 1/3 cup crushed graham crackers
Set the bowl aside and let the mixture rest for 20 minutes.
Spray a 2 quart, or 9x9", baking dish with nonstick spray. Transfer the bread mixture to the dish and spread it out in an even layer.
Sprinkle the remaining chocolate chips and marshmallows overtop, along with some extra graham crackers pieces.
Bake at 350° for 25-30 minutes, until the center's set and golden brown on top.
Carefully remove the hot dish from the oven and let it rest for 5-10 minutes.
Dust the casserole with powdered sugar, slice, and serve warm.
