Add the lid turning to close, and set the vent valve to the 'sealed' position. Pressure cook on HIGH for 4 minutes. Carefully open the vent valve, avoiding the hot steam), to perform a quick release.
Ladle the warm soup into bowls and serve with a garnish of fresh cilantro leaves and lime wedges on the side.
