Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper, then spread the popped white popcorn evenly out in a single layer.
Melt 1 1/2 cups of the white chocolate melting wafers in a microwave safe bowl, following the package directions, until smooth and creamy.
Transfer the hot, melted chocolate to a large ziplocking bag, twisting to close. Snip off a small bit of the corner, and drizzle it evenly out over the popcorn until it's all used up.
Working quickly spread the candy corn evenly out over the top, and the unicorn themed sprinkles.
Add both the remaining white chocolate melts and purple melts to a microwave safe bowl, and then melt them according to the package instructions. Stir them together until evenly combined.
Transfer the purple chocolate to a large ziplocking bag, twist to close, snip off a tiny corner and drizzle it evenly out over the sprinkled popcorn mixture- using as little or as much as desired.
Let the popcorn rest until the chocolate has set, then break apart and serve!
